Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes! We regularly feature dairy-free and vegan flavors made with coconut milk or other plant-based bases. These rotate seasonally depending on ingredient availability, so check in or follow us on Instagram for the latest.

What ingredients do you use in your ice cream?
We use only natural ingredients. Local milk from small farms in Guanacaste, pasture raised eggs, organic cane sugar, and organic fruits. All of our ice cream is made in small batches right here in our shop in Nosara. We use less than 0.5% of locust bean and guar gum as our natural stabilizers. It’s real ice cream, made the real way.
